Tuesday June 4, 2019 – Our Triple Crown Travel Texas Midwest Baseball Tour starts off in the city of St. Louis with a game at one of the best ballparks in Major League Baseball, Busch Stadium. What a great way to start off our baseball tour as the Cincinnati Reds are in town to take on the Cardinals. St. Louis is a great baseball city and you will have plenty of time to enjoy the festive atmosphere both inside and outside of the ballpark.
Wednesday, June 5, 2019 – After leaving St. Louis, we head to Kansas City with Kauffman Stadium as the perfect backdrop as the Royals host the Boston Red Sox. This picturesque stadium is a sight to behold and the fans should be out in full force. Enjoy the wide-open centerfield concourse, the Royals Hall of Fame, some Kansas City barbecue, the outfield fountains and a great ballgame.
Thursday, June 6, 2019 – Another thrilling day on the Texas Midwest Baseball Tour! We head out from Kansas City in the morning and make our way to downtown Oklahoma City right in the middle of the Bricktown Entertainment District. Our hotel will be within walking distance of the minor league ballpark that night, the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark as the AAA Oklahoma City Dodgers host the Sacramento River Cats. Before the game enjoy the many walkways, shops, and dinner options along the Bricktown canals before taking in the game that night. It is always nice to take in the intimate views of a minor league ballpark and watching potential MLB stars play the game we all love.
Friday, June 7, 2019 – Our 2019 MLB baseball vacation continues, as we make our way into Texas and a game at Globe Life Park in Arlington, TX. Once again, we will be staying at a hotel within walking distance of the ballpark, with plenty of time to explore the ballpark area. The Oakland Athletics are in town to take on the Rangers in a great AL West match-up!
Saturday, June 8, 2019 – Our final game of the Texas Midwest Baseball Tour takes us into Houston for a game at Minute Maid Park. This beautiful domed stadium with a retractable roof is a sight to behold and with the powerhouse offense of the Astros, the train above left field should be getting plenty of use this night with home runs by the Astros. The Baltimore Orioles are in town to play the Astros in the finale of our road trip baseball vacation. Once again, enjoy the comforts of great seats for the game and a top of the line hotel in Houston, while checking off another ballpark from your baseball travel bucket list.
