Saturday, August 13, 2016 – After a memorable experience in Boston and the game at Fenway Park we will now head to the iconic National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY. The Hall is adorned with wonderful exhibits dedicated to past baseball glory and numerous artifacts are on display honoring America’s Pastime. You will have plenty of time to explore the three floors of memorabilia and to partake on improving your baseball knowledge. There is also ample time to take in all that Cooperstown has to offer, including the many shops and restaurants in this picturesque village on the banks of Lake Oswego. After our visit, we will head into Albany, NY for an evening of rest.
Sunday, August 14, 2016 – We leave beautiful upstate New York and head down to Citi Field for an afternoon matinee between the San Diego Padres and the New York Mets. Our shaded seats are in a prime viewing area on the lower level as the sightlines and food options are tremendous at this great ballpark. After the game, we will take our deluxe motorcoach in to midtown Manhattan for check in at the Courtyard Marriott New York Manhattan Chelsea hotel for the next two nights in the Big Apple. The rest of the night is yours to explore this wonderful city.
Monday, August 15, 2016 – Our New York adventure continues on Monday, as the day is free for you to explore the city at your leisure. Our hotel is located right in the middle of midtown Manhattan allowing for easy access to any of the fantastic historical landmarks that the city offers. You are just blocks from Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, 5th Ave., Grand Central Station, and the Empire State Building. We will be headed out to the Bronx and Yankee Stadium in the afternoon, so enjoy your free day and then meet back up with us for the game that night between the Baltimore Orioles and the Yankees. Once again our seats are top notch and Yankee Stadium is always a highlight of our baseball tours!
Tuesday, August 16, 2016 – On Tuesday, our baseball road trip moves on from the Big Apple and heads south to the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia. Our first stop will be at Citizens Bank Park, as the Phillies offer a fantastic ballpark tour with great tour guides who are full of baseball knowledge. We will get to view many of the behind the scenes area of the ballpark, including the press box, dugouts, and suites. After the private group ballpark tour, we will have time for lunch at the Xfinity Center, located just outside of the ballpark and offering several different food options. After lunch, we will check in to our hotel, before heading back to Citizens Bank Park that evening as the Los Angeles Dodgers are in town to take on the Phillies!
