Saturday, August 3, 2019 – Our Triple Crown Travel East Coast Hall of Fame Baseball Tour starts off conveniently at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott, which is connected to the main terminal. Meet up in the lobby of our deluxe hotel before we head out to watch the Chicago White Sox take on the Philadelphia Phillies that night at Citizen’s Bank Park.
Sunday, August 4, 2019 – We head out from Philadelphia in the morning and make our way up to the Big Apple and New York City. We will check into our hotel for the next two nights, the Hyatt Centric Times Square, located right in the middle of Midtown Manhattan, and literally just steps from the world famous Times Square. That night we will head up to Yankee Stadium for a classic rivalry AL East match-up between the Red Sox and Yankees. The Bronx Bombers will be looking for revenge after their ouster from the playoffs by the Red Sox. Yankee Stadium will be rocking for this ESPN Sunday Night Game of the Week!
Monday, August 5, 2019 – Today is the day to take advantage of your premium hotel located right in the middle of Manhattan. You are a short walk, subway or cab ride away from just about anything that New York has to offer. The day is yours to do as you please. Visit the Statue of Liberty, take a ride through Central Park, hang out in Times Square, visit the 9/11 Museum & World Trade Center Memorial Site or do one of the many other things that this great city has going for it. In the late afternoon, meet back up at the hotel as we head over to Citi Field with the Miami Marlins in town to take on the New York Mets. After the game, we will head back to our Manhattan hotel for our final night in New York City.
Tuesday, August 6, 2019 – After the memorable experience in New York City we will now head to the iconic National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY. The Hall is adorned with wonderful exhibits dedicated to past baseball glory and numerous artifacts are on display honoring America’s Pastime. You will have plenty of time to explore the three floors of memorabilia and to partake on improving your baseball knowledge. There is also ample time to take in all that Cooperstown has to offer, including the many shops and restaurants in this picturesque village located on the banks of Lake Otsego. After a full day of exploration in Cooperstown, we will head into Albany, NY for the evening.
Wednesday, August 7, 2019 – Today we head in to Boston for the final stop on our East Coast Hall of Fame Baseball Tour. Fenway Park is always a highlight of our baseball tours and we will arrive in plenty of time to take in the festive atmosphere before the Kansas Royals take on the Red Sox that night. Another fantastic hotel, the Hyatt Regency Cambridge Overlooking Boston, provides our tour accommodations for the final night.
Thursday, August 8, 2019 – Check out of our hotel in the morning at your leisure, but make sure to gather your new friends contact information to share stories, exchange pictures, and hopefully plan on another tour in 2020 with Triple Crown Travel.
