Terms and Conditions

Reservations and Payments: A deposit of $250 per person is required at the time of initial reservation to confirm your spot(s) on the tour. Full balance of payment is required 60 days prior to the tour start date. Upon inital confirmation, buyers authorize the use of their credit card for deposit/final payments with complete compliance of these terms and conditions. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 60 days before departure: Triple Crown Travel will provide a credit for the full deposit amount that is good for up to one year towards any future tour with us.  Unfortunately we are not able to provide any refunds and or credits within 60 days of a tour start date due to non-refundable lodging, transportation, and ticket contracts that must be finalized.  For a cancellation within the 60 day window, if a replacement is found on the Triple Crown Travel wait list, Triple Crown Travel may be able to provide a partial credit towards a future tour under these same conditions.

Prices: Prices reflected are per person, based upon the stated single, double, triple, or quadruple occupancy. Prices reflected at the time of booking are in effect at that time only and are subject to change without notice.

Itineraries: Every effort is made to not deviate from the published itineraries that are presented. In the rare circumstances where a revision is necessary, the company reserves the right to make changes that may include a change in game dates and/or times, tours offered, hotels substituted, or travel methods altered when deemed necessary to do so. All such changes will be communicated to the attendee and any such changes will not result in eligibility for refund. Triple Crown Travel also reserves the right to cancel or postpone any scheduled tour which will result in the eligibility of a refund.

Travel Documents & Trip Itineraries: Detailed trip itineraries and travel documents are emailed to the email address used during registration approximately three weeks before departure.

Trip Insurance: Supplemental Travel Insurance is recommended and there are many travel insurance companies available that can assist in providing products that can cover trip cancellations, lost/damaged baggage, or accidents.

Included in Tour Cost: Hotel accommodations as indicated in the itinerary; pre-departure information; entrance fees on included tours, game tickets to listed games; listed excursions and sightseeing as noted in the itinerary; ground transportation during the tour; escorted tour host services of a Triple Crown Travel guide.

Not Included: Air transportation and related fees at the beginning and end of trip; activities noted as optional in the itinerary; gratuities for service not listed as part of the tour; passport and visa expenses; baggage/accident/cancellation insurance; personal expenses, such as laundry, telephone calls, meals and alcoholic beverages; and any other items not specifically noted as included in your travel package.

Hotel Policy: Incidental hotel charges including room service, laundry, internet service, phone calls, etc. are not covered and are the full responsibility of the participant. Hotels generally require a credit card at check in to cover incidentals and all incidental charges are to be paid directly to the hotel by the participant at check out. Single/Shared Accommodations: A limited number of single hotel rooms are available at a supplemental cost as noted in the price listings. In regards to double, triple, and quadruple occupancy, every effort is made to secure two queens beds or larger at all of our hotel partners. In many circumstances, hotels only offer two double beds per room. Upon acceptance of triple or quadruple occupancy, participants are hereby notified and accept this bedding option. Health Requirements: You must be in good physical and mental health. Any physical condition, diet, or treatment requiring special attention must be reported in writing when the reservation is made. All clients shall comply with any prohibition on smoking imposed on any coaches and at any hotels/venues on any tour.

Photography: Triple Crown Travel reserves the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any tour or part thereof and to use the resulting photography, videos, or recordings for promotional or commercial use. By making a reservation with Triple Crown Travel, the participant agrees to allow his/her likeness to be used by TCT. If the participant prefers that his/her likeness not be used, he/she must notify us in writing prior to departure of the trip.

Other: Other Terms and Conditions may apply to some tours and will be provided with pre-trip mailings. By registering for a Triple Crown Travel tour the participant agrees to the Responsibility statement and the Terms and Conditions herein.

Responsibility: Triple Crown Travel (“TCT”) acts an agent/broker in the coordination of ground transportation, hotel accommodations, guided tours, ticket fulfillment, and other travel related items related to your tour package. As a participant, you acknowledge and agree that Triple Crown Travel does not own, operate, or control the actions of the entities providing these services. Triple Crown Travel contracts with suppliers such as airlines, hotels, charter bus operators and other service providers that provide the travel products; it does not have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, additional cost, accident, delay, irregularity that may be occasioned by any error or default, act or omission of any supplier in carrying out the arrangements of any tour, or otherwise in connection therewith. Your acknowledgement releases Triple Crown Travel and its member parties, including employees and representatives of TCT from all loss, injury, and damages you may suffer during the trip. You further acknowledge that Triple Crown Travel also accepts no liability for changes, omissions or delays before or during the course of any tour occasioned by technical difficulties, weather conditions, strikes, war or unrest, communication breakdowns or events beyond the control of TCT. All expenses occasioned by such events, including but not limited to unscheduled extensions or curtailment of accommodation, changes to scheduled flights, additional air fares, telephone and meal costs, etc, will be the responsibility of the client. TCT reserves the right to cancel any reservation and provide a full refund to the travel party at their discretion.


BY PURCHASING THIS TOUR AND IN YOUR PARTICIPATION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RELEASE.
