Thursday, June 18, 2020 – On Thursday, we head up the California coastline for a game at Dodger Stadium, located on a hilltop above downtown Los Angeles. Enjoy this NL West match-up and the bobblehead giveaway as the Arizona Diamondbacks visit the Los Angeles Dodgers. After the game we travel to the Anaheim Marriott Suites hotel, our home for the next two nights.
Friday, June 19, 2020 – Friday will be a day to explore all that Southern California has to offer as we head over to the ocean side town of Huntington Beach. You will have several hours to explore Main Street in this famous beach-side retreat known as Surf City USA. Grab some lunch at one of the many restaurants, shop for some new beach gear, take a stroll on the Pier or get some rays on the beach. After the wonderful day at the beach, we make the short trip over to Angel Stadium as the Angels host the Texas Rangers in this AL West match-up.
Saturday, June 20, 2020 – Saturday morning we depart from Anaheim and head up the coast on Pacific Coast Highway. Our first stop will be the intimate town of Solvang, CA, modeled after an authentic Danish village. There will be plenty of time for a meal and window shopping before the next leg of our trip that takes us to Hearst Castle. That afternoon we will have the opportunity to tour portions of Hearst Castle before turning in for the evening at the Springhill Suites by Marriott in the Paso Robles wine country.
Sunday, June 21, 2020 – We depart the central coast and make our way to Northern California for some more baseball. A Sunday afternoon game between the Houston Astros and the Oakland Athletics is on the schedule at Oakland Coliseum. After the game we make our way to the San Francisco Marriott Fisherman’s Wharf hotel for two nights, right in the middle of the world-famous Fisherman’s Wharf. The rest of the evening is yours to explore the city of San Francisco and enjoy a dinner at one of the many fine restaurants in town.
Monday, June 22, 2020 – Today is a big day as we will the opportunity to take a private group tour of the amazing Oracle Park. Consistently ranked as one of the best baseball stadiums and fan experiences in the Major Leagues, the tour will surely be a highlight of your vacation. We will visit the dugouts, press box, and a luxury suite of this beautiful gem of a ballpark. There will be many opportunities for fantastic pictures of both the ballpark and the amazing sightlines of San Francisco Bay, McCovey Cove, and the Oakland Bay Bridge. After the ballpark tour, enjoy more free time in San Francisco for lunch, shopping, and sightseeing, before we head back to this awesome ballpark that night as the Giants are hosting the New York Mets. After the game, we will return to our prime San Francisco hotel at Fisherman’s Wharf.
