Detailed Daily Itinerary

Friday, July 22, 2016 – Meet up with us at our host hotel near the Washington DC Ronald Reagan Airport as we start off the Northeast Swing Baseball Tour with a Nationals – Padres game. Located on the banks of the Potomac River, just down the street from the US Capitol Building, Nationals Park is a fantastic ballpark with great sightlines for baseball.

Saturday, July 23, 2016 – We depart Washington DC and make the short journey up the Capital Beltway to Baltimore. We start the day off with a ballpark tour of Oriole Ballpark at Camden Yards. This tour is always a highlight of our baseball vacation packages, as our group will receive a private tour of this gorgeous facility. The Orioles always provide amazing tour guides who are full of baseball knowledge and offer one of the best ballpark tours in MLB. There will be plenty of time for lunch in the Inner Harbor area, before checking in to our Baltimore hotel just steps away from the ballpark. Feel free to head on over the game that night between the Cleveland Indians and the Baltimore Orioles at any time of your choosing.

Sunday, July 24, 2016 – Our baseball road trip continues, as we head up to the Bronx and Yankee Stadium for an afternoon interleague match-up as the San Francisco Giants are in town to take on the Yankees. Our prime seats will give us a fantastic view of the action as there will surely be a full crowd on hand for this great game. After the game, we will check in to our prime midtown Manhattan hotel, which will be our home for the next two nights. Enjoy your free evening in the city!

Monday, July 25, 2016 – Today is the day to take advantage of your premium hotel located right in the middle of Manhattan. You are a short walk, subway or cab ride away from just about anything that New York has to offer. The whole day is yours to do as you please. Visit the Statue of Liberty, take a carriage ride through Central Park, hang out in Times Square, pay your respects at the World Trade Center Memorial Site or do one of the many other things that this great city has to offer. Just make sure you are back in time to catch the Mets hosting the St. Louis Cardinals at Citi Field that evening. After the game we will head back to our Manhattan hotel.

Tuesday, July 26, 2016 – We head out on Tuesday morning for a journey upstate to Cooperstown, NY and the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Enjoy the views of the rolling green hills as we head to the Leatherstocking Region of New York and the village of Cooperstown. Located on the south end of Lake Otsego, Cooperstown is a picture perfect village with a traditional Main Street lined with restaurants and boutique shopping. In addition to the National Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum, the village has numerous other attractions all accessible by a village trolley. We will have plenty of time to explore the Hall of Fame and the village, before heading to Albany for an evening of rest.

Wednesday, July 27, 2016 – Our 2016 MLB baseball road trip moves on to Boston for the final leg. Our deluxe motorcoach will travel directly to Fenway Park, in order to give ample time to explore the Fenway Park neighborhood before this afternoon game between the Red Sox and Tigers. After the game, we will check into our Boston area hotel and your final evening is free for you to explore this great city.

Thursday, July 28, 2016 – Check out of your Boston hotel at your leisure and perhaps you will have time to explore more of the city before returning home with many more destinations checked off of your baseball travel bucket list.
