Wednesday, August 23, 2017 – Our Triple Crown Travel East Coast Hall of Fame Baseball Tour starts off in Philadelphia, PA. Meet up in the lobby of the Holiday Inn Philadelphia Stadium hotel, located just outside of the Left Field gates of Citizen’s Bank Park, before we head over to the ballpark to watch the Phillies host the Miami Marlins that night.
Thursday, August 24, 2017 – We depart Philadelphia and head straight to Citi Field for an afternoon match-up between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the New York Mets. Enjoy the game from your shaded seats in the lower level. After the game we head into midtown Manhattan for check-in to the New York Marriott East Side hotel and a free evening in the Big Apple. Get your Broadway show tickets early in order to see your first choice show or relax and do some sightseeing in the city.
Friday, August 25, 2017 – Friday is the day to take advantage of your fantastic hotel location in the middle of Manhattan. You are a short walk, subway or cab ride away from just about everything that New York has to offer. The whole day is yours to do as you please. Visit the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, Rockefeller Plaza, Empire State Building, hang out in Times Square, pay your respects at the World Trade Center Memorial Site or anything else that suits your fancy. In the late afternoon, meet up at the hotel as we travel to Yankee Stadium as the Seattle Mariners are in town to take on the New York Yankees. After the game, we will head back to the New York Marriott East Side hotel for our final evening in the city.
Saturday, August 26, 2017 – We leave bright and early upon our deluxe motorcoach as we continue our tour through the rolling green hills of beautiful upstate New York to Cooperstown. We will arrive in plenty of time to take advantage of the numerous exhibits and three floors of baseball history. Take a mid-afternoon break and grab a bite to eat at one of the many local restaurants in this picturesque village set on the banks of Otsego Lake. Return to the Hall of Fame that afternoon before we head over to our comfortable hotel for the evening in Albany.
Sunday, August 27, 2017 – Today we head in to Boston for the final stop on our East Coast Hall of Fame Baseball Tour. We will drive directly to Fenway Park for this Sunday afternoon game as the Red Sox host the Baltimore Orioles in this AL East match-up. Enjoy the Fenway atmosphere both inside and outside this famous ballpark. After the game, we will check in to the deluxe Boston Marriott Copley Square hotel and the evening is free for you to explore the city.
Monday, August 28, 2017 – Check out of the Boston Marriott Copley Square hotel in the morning (or extend your stay for a few days in Boston), but make sure to gather your new friends contact information to share stories, exchange pictures, and hopefully plan on another tour in 2018 with Triple Crown Travel.
