Tuesday, July 24, 2018 – We start the day off with a ballpark tour of Oriole Ballpark at Camden Yards. This tour is always a highlight of our baseball vacation packages, as our group will receive a private tour of this gorgeous facility. The Orioles always provide amazing tour guides who are full of baseball knowledge and offer one of the best ballpark tours in MLB. We will then head in to the city of Philadelphia with time for lunch and exploration of the National Constituion Center and the Liberty Bell, before we check in to our Philadelphia hotel. Then on to Citizen’s Bank Park for that night’s game as the Phillies are hosting the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Wednesday, July 25, 2018 – Our baseball road trip continues, as we head up to New York City for an afternoon match-up as the San Diego Padres are in town to take on the Mets. Our shaded, lower level seats will give us a fantastic view of the action at the beautiful Citi Field. After the game, we will check in to our prime midtown Manhattan hotel, the Grand Hyatt New York, which will be our home for the next two nights. Enjoy the New York nightlife – catch a musical on Broadway, indulge yourselves with a fine meal, or relax at your midtown Manhattan hotel, the choice is yours.
Thursday, July 26, 2018 – Today is the day to take advantage of your premium hotel located right in the middle of Manhattan. You are a short walk, subway or cab ride away from just about anything that New York has to offer. The whole day is yours to do as you please. Take a tour of New York City by boat, visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, take a stroll through Central Park, visit the 9/11 Museum & Memorial, take selfies in Times Square, go to the top of the Empire State Building, the opportunities are endless in this famous city. In the late afternoon, meet back up at the hotel as we head up to Yankee Stadium with the Kansas City Royals in town to take on the New York Yankees. After the game, we will head back to the Grand Hyatt New York hotel located right at Grand Central Terminal in Midtown Manhattan.
Friday, July 27, 2018 – After the hustle and bustle of New York City our tour slows down as we travel to upstate New York and the iconic Baseball Hall of Fame. The Hall is adorned with so much baseball history that after walking through the three floors of memorabilia and baseball knowledge, you will probably already start planning your next vacation to Cooperstown. Our tour will allow for plenty of time to take in all that Cooperstown has to offer, including the many shops and restaurants in this picturesque village on the banks of Lake Otsego. After a full day enjoying the sights of the village we will make our way to Albany, NY for a night of rest.
Saturday, July 28, 2018 – Today we head in to Boston for the final stop on our East Coast Hall of Fame Baseball Tour. We will drive directly to Fenway Park for a ballpark tour of this historic neighborhood field. There will be plenty of time for pictures and interesting stories from our Red Sox tour guide on this fantastic tour. We will then have time to check into our Boston hotel, the Hyatt Regency Cambridge – Overlooking Boston, before heading back out that evening to Fenway Park as the Red Sox host the Minnesota Twins. Enjoy the Fenway atmosphere both inside and outside this famous ballpark.
