Monday, July 2, 2018 – Our Triple Crown Travel 4th of July Big Apple Baseball Tour starts off in our nation’s capital of Washington DC. Meet up in the lobby of our deluxe hotel at the Crystal Gateway Marriott at Reagan Airport, before we head out to watch the Washington Nationals host the Boston Red Sox that night at Nationals Park.
Tuesday, July 3, 2018 – On Tuesday morning, we depart Washington DC and continue our baseball tour with a stop at Oriole Ballpark at Camden Yards in Baltimore for a ballpark tour. This wonderful facility really changed the way baseball stadiums were built. After our informative tour, we will have time for lunch before making the rest of the journey to Philadelphia where the Orioles are in town to take on the Phillies. After checking in to the Courtyard Marriott Philadelphia Downtown hotel we will head over to Citizen’s Bank Park for the Phillies game that evening.
Wednesday, July 4, 2018 – We head out on the 4th of July directly to Yankee Stadium for an afternoon match-up between the Atlanta Braves and the Yankees. After the game you will have plenty of time to enjoy the 4th of July festivities in the Big Apple after checking in to our midtown Manhattan hotel for the next three nights, the Grand Hyatt New York. Our hotel is located right at Grand Central Terminal in midtown Manhattan, only blocks from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, the Empire State Building, and many other famous NYC landmarks. The evening is free to enjoy the 4th of July festivities and hang out with the new friends you have met on this great baseball vacation!
Thursday, July 5, 2018 – Here at Triple Crown Travel Baseball Tours, we like to provide our guests the freedom and flexibility to tailor your vacation as you please. We try to keep time on the charter bus down to a minimum and then provide as much time as possible in the cities that we visit. This baseball tour is special as it allows a true full day in New York City, with your hotel located right in the middle of the city. July 5 is truly your day to see the city however you like. We will provide each guest a one day pass on a New York City hop-on, hop-off tour bus to be used on July 5. This will allow each of our guests the opportunity to see as many NYC attractions as possible, without any rush on your time and no strict schedule to adhere to. Our Big Apple baseball tours have always been popular for this reason and we truly hope you enjoy your full free day in this great American city!
Friday, July 6, 2018 – Today is the day to take advantage of your premium hotel located right in the middle of Manhattan. You are a short walk, subway or cab ride away from just about anything that New York has to offer. The day is yours to do as you please. Visit the Statue of Liberty, take a ride through Central Park, hang out in Times Square, visit the 9/11 Museum & World Trade Center Memorial Site or do one of the many other things that this great city has going for it. In the late afternoon, meet back up at the hotel as we head over to Citi Field with the Tampa Bay Rays in town to take on the New York Mets. After the game, we will head back to the Grand Hyatt New York hotel for the final night of our baseball tour.
